Testimonial about Rebecca's culinary classes:

Aloha Rebecca,
I just want to express how much I appreciate your knowledge, creativity, and passion for healthy food preparation and healthy living. You have changed my perception of vegan and raw foods and have made it exciting, fun, and thoroughly enjoyable. You added a lot of humor as you gently took me by the hand and coached me in preparing an incredible meal with very simple ingredients. It was so easy, appealing, and absolutely delicious that I amazed myself. I actually felt I was creating art! I hope you continue to share with others what you have shared with me.- Yolanda Kerr, Mortgage Broker
